We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products. However, please note that each item is handcrafted to order by our skilled wizards.

• Variation Disclosure: Because every product is individually made by hand, we cannot guarantee that every item will be 100% identical to the product images or descriptions on your screen.

• Handcrafted Characteristics: Minor variations in color, texture, and finish are natural results of the handcrafting process and are not considered defects.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS & PRODUCTION

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Wizard's Attic reserves the right to accept or decline your order at its discretion. Due to the unique nature of handcrafted products, please review your order carefully. Once our wizards begin the crafting process (typically after 24 hours), we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING (Tax-Inclusive)

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. To provide a magical and seamless experience, the prices posted in our store include all applicable import duties and customs taxes. Wizard's Attic covers these costs so you won't encounter unexpected fees upon delivery. You represent and warrant that the credit card information you provide is true and complete.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY (The 3-Week Journey)

• Order Processing (Handcrafting): Since we do not mass-produce, please allow 7-10 business days for our wizards to craft and package your order.

• Shipping Estimates: Once crafted, international transit typically takes 10-15 business days.

• Total Estimated Time: Approximately 3 weeks from purchase. Wizard's Attic is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brands, text, images, and the arrangement thereof, are owned by Wizard's Attic. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of any material is strictly prohibited.

You may be provided with access to third-party tools (such as order tracking) which we neither monitor nor have control over. We provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without any warranties.

Wizard's Attic is powered by Shopify. However, any sales and purchases you make are made directly with Wizard's Attic. You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sales, including any loss resulting from purchased products.

SECTION 15 - REFUND & RETURN POLICY (Strict Policy)

1. Final Sale: Since products are handcrafted to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for changes of mind or personal preference.

2. Quality Issues Only: We only offer replacements or refunds if the product arrives damaged or has a significant manufacturing defect.

3. No Refunds for Variations: As stated in Section 2, minor handcrafted variations from product photos are not considered quality defects.

By purchasing from Wizard's Attic, you acknowledge that you are supporting artisanal craft. The "imperfections" or slight differences inherent in handcrafting are what make each piece a true treasure from our attic.
